We know that shopping online can be daunting, however, with our hassle-free and easy returns policy, you can buy from us knowing you won't ever lose out.

To make a return simply click onto our simple and easy returns portal and follow the instructions. You will need your order number and email address to do this.

0-30 Days Returns

If you return return Within 30-Days and receive a full refund made to your original payment method.

31-60 Days Returns

If you return your item after 30 days but within 60 days, you will receive the full value in the form of a credit note, valid for 24 months to use on any future purchases. This has no cash value, however, can be used in combination with many discount codes and sale items.

61-90 Days Returns

If you return your item after 60 days but within 90 days and your item is damaged, you will receive the full value in the form of a credit note, valid for 24 months to use on any future purchases. This has no cash value, however, can be used in combination with many discount codes and sale items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items/ gift cards and are currently unable to accept refunds that breach Health and Hygiene standards. 

 Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get a replacment item is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Additional T's & C's

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you need to fill out the form at the bottom of the page. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
